Some of the man made features in this world are very well visited places. But when you look deep into the matter you will always find that people are almost always more intrigued by the power of nature to mold things. One example of this fact is the seven sisters. Seven Sisters are in fact a range of chalk cliffs. These chalk cliffs are located very near the English Channel. This part of the world is included in the Southern England. The Seven Sisters are located between two towns. The town of Seaford and the town of East Bourne are the two towns between which these Seven Sisters are standing. Theses are also known as the white cliffs. The chalk cliffs are being eroded by the sea at a very fast pace. This is the biggest problem with chalk topography. Water makes amazing changes in these features and makes them beautiful. But there are equal chances of getting destroyed by the water erosion with the passage of time. Although all kinds of rocks get eroded after sometime, but the chalk topography is the most vulnerable to water erosion.
The Seven sisters are famous for there beauty. These ridges are beautiful and attract a number of people towards themselves every year. Many people visit the Dover region only because of these seven sisters. These seven sisters are amazingly beautiful and offer a lot to the visitors. The chalk topography has many specific features which you can only find in the chalk topography zones. As the chalk corrodes easily and dissolves in water, the water thus overloaded with the weight of the chalk moves slowly. In this situation the chalk filled water drops may start falling form one level down to the other. The regular fall of these water drops constructs features like stalagmites and stalactites. These features have unique natural curves. The beauty of these features is unimaginable. These features add to the beauty of the seven sisters and this is the reason that a lot of people visit this place every year.
The Seven sisters are located in England in the East Sussex area. These sisters are unique and beautiful and attract a number of tourists each year. These are a part of South Downs region. The region is over all beautiful and the seven sisters add to the beauty of the region. The closeness of English Channel makes the environment of the place a bit oceanic. This is a problem for the seven sisters as the sea water and the humidity is capable of eroding their features all together. These peaks are important and beautiful. The work of nature is being eroded by the work of water and wind at a very fast pace. We need to do something about it. The seven sisters deserve our attention in this regard as well. Although the water is eroding these, still the seven sisters are still there, standing tall and getting the attention of a number of visitors each year. The names of these seven sisters are Haven Brow, Short Brow, Rough Brow, Brass point, Flagstaff Point, Flat Hill, Baily’s Hill and Went Hill Brow. Comments (0)
